The new Reekie  Bedtiller RT380-B

The bedtiller was developed to increase the output of stone and clod separators in heavy or cloddy conditions.This system can also be used for soil preparation where stone and clod separation is not required.

We offer 2 models: the single bed RT170 for 540 PTO HP and cat 2 rear linkage
and the new RT380-B.

The bedtiller RT380-B has a 3.8m wide cultivating rotor, cat 2/3 front linkage system and cat 2 rear linkage.

Up to 200 PTO HP can be transmitted from the tractor at 1000 RPM.  The gearbox transfers power into the dynamically balanced rotor through gears at each end of the machine. Heavy duty rotor is available with choice of spikes or blades

Supplied as standard with 4 parking stands, it can be parked/stored neatly on the farm when not in use. 

The rear linkage allows for various attachments to be fitted. Photo shows a 3 bodied Bedmaker attached with its markers allowing for 2 full beds to be prepared at each pass.

A conventional single bed Bedmaker can also be fitted.

The Horstine Air system is attached to the Bedmaker which is producing 1 full bed and 2 halves at each pass. Granules are placed by air assistance at the front of the machine, therefore becoming incorporated into the whole of the cultivated bed.
